You sell a holiday, an event or a week in a chalet. The transfer is the first and the last thing your guest remembers — and the link that comes back to you when it breaks. Here is how we work with the trade.
From May to October we are a French Riviera house: Monaco, Cannes, Nice airport, the ports, weddings and the great fixtures of the season.
From December to April, the entire team and every vehicle move up to the Tarentaise and are based in Moûtiers — twenty minutes from Courchevel and Méribel, around forty from Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Les Arcs and La Plagne.
That is not an operational footnote; it is the thing that changes your risk. A five o'clock pick-up does not depend on a driver leaving the valley at three. A road closed by snow is not discovered on arrival. And a Saturday changeover is prepared from inside the valley rather than from a planning screen three hundred kilometres away.
The second point takes one sentence: we do not subcontract. The driver you announce to your guest is the driver who turns up. He knows the booking, he speaks English, and he carries the bags. That is rare in this trade, and it is verifiable on the very first job.
Then there is continuity. Many of our partners serve the same clientele summer and winter. Being able to offer the same supplier — and often the same driver — in Monaco in July and in Courchevel in February is an argument you can carry to your own clients.
A British chalet operator and a Monaco concierge do not have the same problem, and we do not answer them in the same way.
Saturday arrivals and departures, groups landing on several flights, key handovers at a fixed hour. We synchronise convoys and give you one point of contact for the whole season.
You run your guests' week day by day, in resort or on the coast. You need a partner who answers, who is physically present, and who can absorb a request at one in the morning.
A concierge's recommendation commits the property. We work discreetly, with the punctuality and presentation your guests expect of you.
You build programmes for overseas agencies and subcontract the ground. Net rates, current certificates, consolidated invoicing and a usable statement.
Conferences, incentives, film crews, boards. Half-day and full-day hire with a driver, several vehicles coordinated, a single invoice.
Crews and owners, Port Hercule, Antibes, Saint-Tropez, private aviation at Nice and Cannes-Mandelieu. Moving schedules, continuous availability.
A partner is not buying a journey. They are buying the certainty of not taking the eleven o'clock phone call.
Cab French RivieraOpening an account takes a day. After that, a booking is one line.
You tell us about your business, your indicative volumes and your usual routes. We send our net rates for the season, our insurance certificates and our cancellation terms.
By e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp, in whatever format suits you. Guest name, flight or train, exact address, number of passengers and ski bags. Written confirmation by return.
Flight and train tracking, a name board, luggage taken. We confirm pick-up and drop-off to you directly if you want it.
One invoice, monthly or at the end of the season as you prefer, with a full breakdown of every journey. No payment in the vehicle, no expense claims for your guests.
Our journeys are driven by our own drivers in our own vehicles. If we cannot take a job, we say so — we do not quietly pass it to a third party.
A person who knows your bookings, reachable directly. No call centre, no ticket number.
Based in Moûtiers from December to April, on the French Riviera the rest of the year. Very early departures are a matter of organisation, not heroics.
Beyond seven people we run a convoy: several vehicles leaving and arriving together, coordinated by a lead driver. Your group reaches the chalet at the same time.
Winter tyres and chains on board in accordance with the Loi Montagne, in force from 1 November to 31 March in the communes concerned.
Baby seats, child seats and boosters fitted before arrival, on the age and weight you give us. At no extra charge.
We do not discuss our passengers, we do not photograph our journeys, and we release no information about your clients' movements.
Compliant invoices, VAT, itemised statement, stable bank details. Everything your finance team needs to process it without friction.
